Single Song Completion ("Fader to Master"): $250 flat per song

Includes 2 hours of direct studio consultation/tracking, arrangement polish, custom drum programming/synth production (in FL Studio), full song transcription, and a final mix/master ready for indie releases.

EP / Demo Package (3 to 5 Tracks): $850 flat.

Designed for artists targeting an EP release or building a submission package for record labels. Includes pre-production song selection, scheduling timeline, full tracking/production, mixing, mastering, and digital distribution prep.

Studio / Production Consultation Rate (Hourly & Monthly)

Hourly Studio / DAW Consultation: $65 per hour (2-hour minimum per session).

Monthly Studio Retainer: $240 / month 

Includes two 90-minute monthly studio sessions + async mix/arrangement feedback via messaging.

Local Context: Local recording studios in Greater Portland typically charge between $50 to $80 per hour for basic tracking without production guidance, arrangement help, or genre-specific sound design. Combining 10+ years of DAW expertise with full-spectrum production, transcription, and mastering gives independent artists a complete, end-to-end album partner at a fraction of commercial studio costs.

"The Artist EP Launchpad" (Comprehensive Project Package)

$1,200 flat (paid upfront or split 50/50).

Pre-Production: Songwriting analysis, full song transcription, and structural arrangements.

Production & DAW Tracking: Up to 10 hours of in-home studio recording, sound design, and beat/instrumental production in FL Studio across any genre (Rock, Metal, Hip-Hop, Electronic, or Folk).

Post-Production & Distribution Prep: High-end digital mixing, mastering to release-ready standards, metadata tagging, and setup assistance for your releases.

Digital Distribution & Human Rights Philosophy

Primary Platform: All music releases are set up primarily through Bandcamp to ensure you own your masters, build a direct-to-fan subscriber base, and get paid directly.

Streaming Aggregation: For Spotify, Apple Music, and other major streaming platforms, distribution is set up upon request specifically through CD Baby. We intentionally utilize CD Baby to protect your intellectual property and prevent unauthorized AI scraping or ingestion of your original tracks. 

Studio Scope, Marketing, & Stream Disclaimers

Home Studio Capabilities: Services are conducted using high-quality home studio gear and FL Studio. I do not operate out of a commercial, full-scale recording facility. All tracks, mixes, and masters are produced at an EP / high-grade demo level—ideal for fan releases, physical merch, and label pitching.

Marketing & Streams: Great production creates a great product, but production does not guarantee streams, playlist placements, or sales. Marketing and PR are separate, specialized fields that fall outside the scope of this consultancy. You are responsible for your own promo and marketing campaigns.

Studio production blocks cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the session deposit to cover reserved room and hardware setup time. Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice may reschedule using their session credit within 45 days
